Shipping policy
We process your order within 24 working hours, prepare and pack it within seven days and dispatch it.
Please allow a further 8 to 20 working days for delivery, for a total of 15 to 27 working days for receipt of your parcel.

Rates and estimates for domestic shipments
We offer free delivery on orders over €50, below this amount you will be charged €6.90 for delivery to France, Switzerland and Belgium.
How can I check the status of my order?
When your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail notification from us that includes a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 72 hours for tracking information to become available.
If you have not received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation e-mail, please contact us at [email protected] with your name and order number, and we will review it for you.
Return Policy
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the total amount of the order minus the return shipping costs.
If your order arrives damaged, please send us an e-mail as soon as possible to [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the item. We’ll deal with these issues on a case-by-case basis, but we’ll do our best to find a satisfactory solution.
