Shipping and ordering

We are located at 42 avenue du general de Gaulle, 30200 Bagnols sur Cèze.

We deliver worldwide. However, you may have to pay customs duties for certain countries.

We process your order within 24 hours, prepare and pack it within 7 days and dispatch it.

Allow 5 to 8 working days for delivery, for a total of 10 to 20 working days to receive your parcel.

We do not store your credit card details, however we do use the Stripe secure payment system which may have already stored your details.

You have 24 hours to change your delivery address in case of error.

In this case, simply send us a photo of the problem and we will reship your order.

Our aim is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your painting. You may exercise your right of withdrawal within a legal period of 14 days, without having to justify your decision or pay any penalties, with the exception of return shipping costs.
